Ann Lyons, Administrative Assistant
Ann loves to get things done. As administrative assistant to Tim and Kurt, she's constantly on the run, coming through in a big way. When she gets home, she makes all sorts of crafts, from fleece tie blankets and quilts to painted flower pots. She even makes lap blankets to donate to the Veteran's Hospital in Ann Arbor.
In 2008, Ann sat just a few rows from the dugout when the Chicago Cubs won the division, definitely making her teammates on "Cubbies for a Cure," with the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, quite jealous. Ann has a husband, Troy, and a daughter and step-daughter, ages 20 and 19.

Ashley Stone, Inside Sales
The biggest Bears fan at Bounce Logistics, Ashley is also a big fan of being barefoot, especially in the office. She loves the thrill of saving the day for a client and feeds off that adrenaline to do a top-notch job at a fast pace. That caring personality will take her far as she's finishing up a degree in Psychology and wants to pursue an Ed.S. in School Psychology. Ashley cheers on the Bears every Sunday, hopefully from a tailgate in the shadows of Soldier Field where, win or lose, at least there's a good dinner downtown waiting for her.
Email Ashley: Ashley.Stone@bouncelogistics.com
Bus Couch, National Business Development
Bus travels the country from Boston to Denver showing prospects how working with Bounce can make their lives easier and businesses more productive. Clients often tell us that his passion for delivering great service really shows. Bus loves the outdoors! He recently took a 12-mile hike up to a glacier in Montana with his wife Janet and is planning on moving out to the great west. This all-around great guy simply enjoys meeting people, whether it's through bird hunting, crappie fishing or working with clients. He can talk about bird dogs, crappie gigs, or how to use the Bounce web site to help customers with their needs. He stays busy with his wonderful wife, four kids and four dogs. Since you have to have high energy to keep up with that lifestyle, his eager and gregarious personality is perfect for selling our company.
Email Bus: Bus.Couch@bouncelogistics.com
Dave Abbott, Inside Sales
With 30 years of experience in the transportation business, Dave is the go-to guy for our youngsters seeking help. He made the natural transition from airfreight forwarding to logistics some years back, a transition that made much more sense than his switch to transportation after seven years with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. The Indiana State grad still attends several seminars to keep his logistics game sharp. Married to his high school sweetheart (who's still his best friend) with three children and half a dozen grandkids, Dave is quite the family man. He also tried his hand at preaching when put on the spot one Sunday, and despite describing it as tough, he just started a two-year program to become a commissioned lay pastor. Dave volunteers at Hope Mission and is involved in several activities with his church.
Email Dave: Dave.Abbott@bouncelogistics.com
Deanna Hanks, Inside Sales
Deanna gives her all to make sure her customers are not only satisfied, but thrilled with their experience. For example, she had a client who was left hanging by a different broker. In true UN-broker fashion, Deanna was able to re-book that load and make the original requested service time at the very last minute. When she's not saving the day for her clients at work, she spends her days with her two wonderful sons and occasionally volunteering with the Northern Indiana Food bank. She's also undergoing certification to volunteer at the St. Joseph County and surrounding areas Hospice Center. Deanna enjoys camping, reading, swimming and riding her Harley. (Oh yeah, she's a Harley girl.)
Email Deanna: Deanna.Hanks@bouncelogistics.com
Douglas Reybuck, Inside Sales
Douglas is a man of many talents. If you need a load matched with the best available carrier, he can take care of you in a heartbeat. If you'd rather get watering tips for your perennials, hear a song on violin, or discuss the landmark battles of World War II, Douglas will keep you entertained for hours. An avid gardener, he owned and operated a wholesale nursery before joining Bounce, plays a variety of stringed instruments, and loves military history books. He also loves his wife of 41 years, MaryLee.
No matter what you need, you'll always be impressed with Doug's exceptional service and prompt delivery (unless you bring up the Battle of the Bulge - that story could last awhile).
Email Douglas: Doug.Reybuck@bouncelogistics.com
Laura Gamble, On-Site Customer Support
Laura has the exciting job of handling our Whirlpool account, working on site at their office as a liaison between the two companies. She maintains reporting metrics and monitors the progress of the Whirlpool partnership while also helping out with reporting on other accounts. With a pretty hefty degree from Grand Valley State University (Bachelor's in Business Administration in Marketing with a Logistics and Distribution emphasis as well as a Business with a Management emphasis) and a summer internship at another logistics company under her belt, she's been doing a fantastic job for us.
Laura recently got married to Tim, a dairy farmer who works on his family farm. He milks 160 cows three times a day, so Laura is now able to milk cows like a pro. She loves having a huge breakfast before a walk through the fields, listening to music, photography and decorating her new home.
Email Laura: Laura.Gamble@bouncelogistics.com
Jennifer Wiesjahn, Inside Sales
As a customer service specialist, Jennifer loves hearing from a happy customer after she helps them on a job from beginning to end. She's been working in the logistics industry from a young age, having worked different positions in fields from freight forwarding and the airline business to manufacturing and attended Indiana University, South Bend and Ball State. She enjoys spending time with her 100% Italian mother and loves to play and watch sports - especially when the Cubs pull out a W. She also devotes time to volunteering with autistic children through Reins of Life, an organization that provides therapeutic horseback riding for special needs children.
Email Jennifer: Jennifer.Wiesjahn@bouncelogistics.com
Jeremy Horvath, Inside Sales
Every company needs a character, and Jeremy is ours. He keeps himself running with heavy doses of Mountain Dew and by making customers laugh, but he isn't just the class clown around here. His helpful nature is an asset to both our clients and our company. In fact, the only thing he enjoys more than ripping on his Les Paul guitar and cracking jokes is helping people get out of jams. When every load delivers and picks up on time with no breakdowns, it makes his job easy. When things get stressful, however, he takes care of it with a smile.
Email Jeremy: Jeremy.Horvath@bouncelogistics.com
Kyle Akin, Tracker
Kyle does a great job tracking shipments and is constantly pushing for better on-time margins. When he's not pinpointing customers' shipments, he's tracking his favorite college football team: Notre Dame. A graduate of Holy Cross College in Notre Dame, IN, it's no surprise that Kyle's ideal day is watching the Fightin' Irish win in the shadow of Touchdown Jesus with his friends. Although he's a big sports fan, Kyle doesn't spend all of his free-time watching games. To give back to the community, Kyle is a very inspirational motivational speaker and also volunteers at LOGAN Center, an organization that helps people with disabilities nurture their potential and pursue opportunities.
Email Kyle: Kyle.Akin@bouncelogistics.com
Lad Johnson, Director of National Accounts
Lad's one of the most positive and gregarious people we've ever met. He has a great love for people and enjoys traveling the country as our Director of National Accounts, where he gets to meet quality people and find out what makes them tick. If Lad can make you happy, then he's happy – and if you have any logistics needs, he'll find a way to make you happy. When he's not running around the country shaking hands and cracking jokes, Lad likes to play games. Whether he's sweating on the basketball court, relaxing with shuffleboard or tapping into his mental vocab bank in a Scrabble game, he's having a good time. He smiles so easily, in fact, he's been hired for a few commercial acting gigs. Just look for the tall guy in the NAPA Auto Parts ad and you'll see one heck of a salesman.
Email Lad: Lad.Johnson@bouncelogistics.com
Lori Park, Inside Sales
Lori helps bring in business by cultivating new relationships while keeping existing clients happy. She has extensive experience in the business - she worked in LTL for 8 years, rail for 9 years, and for the past 2 ½ years she has been working in brokerage. Her straightforward, honest approach gains clients' trust; her delivery on promises solidifies it. As one of Lori's customers, you can be sure that anything you need taken care of will be handled promptly with one phone call to her.
Email Lori: Lori.Park@bouncelogistics.com
Mary Lynn Carlson, Inside Sales
A new addition to our Bounce team, Mary Lynn is getting her feet wet making sure customers are satisfied while she finishes school at Saint Mary's College. From a small town in Michigan (ever heard of Dowagiac?), Mary Lynn is very close with her family and takes every opportunity to get together with them, whether it's to watch football with dad or scrapbook with mom. However, she was more than happy to leave them behind for a month while studying abroad in Ireland, Scotland, France and England. While she's always friendly, you might see a different side of her on the basketball court - she's been playing for years (and will take you on in just about any other sport too). Mary Lynn enjoys volunteering at Saint Mary's convent and has helped put on holiday events for the Logan's Center children.
Email Mary: MaryLynn.Carlson@bouncelogistics.com
Pam Edwards, Inside Sales
Pam is like a freight train when it comes to her job inside sales. She works fast and hard with precision, and won't let anything slow her down or stand in the way of her coming through for her clients. They keep coming back to her because they know she'll be there for them. When Pam needs a break from her fast-paced life, which she most certainly deserves, she enjoys gardening, reading and decorating. Her life at home is complete with two beautiful daughters and a handy husband who fixes anything she might break running around the house.
Email Pam: Pam.Edwards@bouncelogistics.com
Ryan Sciortino, National Business Development
Ryan is a people person, which comes in handy as he handles relationships with clients in Chicago, Detroit, Indianapolis, San Francisco, Seattle and Portland. In fact, he loves people (and happy customers) so much that he stays accessible beyond office hours. There's nothing a stressed out client loves more than being able to get a hold of someone on nights and weekends when they need a problem solved, and Ryan's their man. A Michigan State grad, Ryan likes spending time with his family after work and stays active playing golf, snow skiing, and boating when the weather permits. He's also been known to run up and down the soccer field a bit while coaching his oldest daughter's team.
Email Ryan: Ryan.Sciortino@bouncelogistics.com
Zach Foreman, Inside Sales
Don't let Zach's tough looks and love for fixing and riding motorcycles fool you; he's a great guy who gives his all when working dispatch or as customer service representative. His politeness, proficiency and communication skills keep his customers satisfied, though his inside-out knowledge of vehicles doesn't hurt. Zach works at Bounce part-time and nights/weekends because he's currently studying Mechanical Engineering (no surprise) at Purdue University, North Central. When he's not working or at school, you can catch him riding his motorcycle with his guys and the girl he loves. You may even catch him causing a ruckus on the track at the LaPorte County Annual Demolition Derby.
Email Zach: Zach.Foreman@bouncelogistics.com
Josh Frey, Regional Business Development
Josh is one of our sales reps, a lifelong logistics guy and a star at making customers feel taken care of beyond their expectations. Whether he's building relationships with new customers or solving problems for existing clients, he uses his mix of a friendly, laid-back personality and competitive nature to make sure his clients get what they need. For example, he recently helped a customer who needed to cut costs save thousands of dollars by setting up a zone skip hotshot from Fort Wayne to Indianapolis.
Josh loves to be outside riding horses and playing sports with his wife Laura and their kids - all Cubs and Indianapolis Colts fans. He coaches his 4-year-old daughter's t-ball team and recently broke a horse for her to ride. His eldest daughter plays softball and his 2-year-old son loves trucks, cars - really anything that goes fast. He must have a real blast tearing up the yard with dad on the family's Yamaha Rhino ATV.
Email Josh: Josh.Frey@bouncelogistics.com
Chenai Gillispie, Inside Sales
Bounce Logistics is the first logistics job Chenai has had and she absolutely loves it. She's getting her feet wet keeping the trip monitor updated, but she's already a pro at dealing with the fast pace. After all, she used to work at a daycare and nothing acclimates you to chaos like controlling 30 toddlers. She doesn't only like toddlers though — she has also worked as a camp counselor for 5th and 6th graders at Michigan Christian Service Camp.
Chenai has been married to her husband Jon for two years. They have a one-year-old son, Tye, and a chocolate lab who is big enough for Tye to ride. She loves to watch movies and will take on any film buff in a trivia challenge. On days off you can find her at the beach or local fairs (unless she's escaped back to Jamaica where she absolutely loved her honeymoon). We're glad to have her working at Bounce while she finishes up school and hope she sticks around after graduation.
Email Chenai: Chenai.Gillispie@bouncelogistics.com
Aja Cameron, National Business Development
In charge of developing new relationships in our Southwest markets, Aja loves getting to know people as she finds quick resolutions to their problems. When you deal with Aja, you'll get straight answers and creative solutions from a fun and friendly rep. She's excited about her move to Austin, Texas, due in large part to the outstanding music scene it's known for. There's nowhere she'd rather be than dancing in the front row at an outdoor music festival, so she should fit right in. In fact, the Florida native already has her "I'm not from Texas, but I got here as quick as I could," bumper sticker. She's also gotten to a lot of other places, having traveled to Croatia, the Canary Islands, Ibiza, Sweden and Italy. While she's selling Bounce's fantastic service, Texans may get roped in (cowboy puns!) by her outgoing personality and captivating stories.
Email Aja: Aja.Cameron@bouncelogistics.com
Tom Rattenbury, On-Site Customer Support
Tom's adept at finding solutions that fit each client's individual needs. A custom homebuilder for 15 years before working for Bounce, he understands that there are different answers to every situation. As a newspaper editor and publisher many years prior to that, he learned to be a good listener. His number one goal is customer satisfaction, and he'll work tirelessly to deliver. If there's ever a problem, this former Zamboni driver for the Notre Dame hockey team will be able to smooth it over. When he's not setting clients up with a good rate and reliable carrier, Tom likes to fly fish, shoot a round of golf, play guitar and follow college sports.
Email Tom: Tom.Rattenbury@bouncelogistics.com
Brittany Watkins, Operations Agent
Brittany is a smart and energetic girl who can talk to anybody about anything. However, you’ll get the most knowledgeable conversation from her if you’re talking sports or logistics operations. She does a lot for Bounce, monitoring the board, doing audits and finding trucks for customers. She’s also taken over coordinating our community outreach initiatives including the monthly soup kitchen we do with the South Bend Center for the Homeless. It’s a perfect fit for her degree in Sports Management focusing on Sport Philanthropy and Community Relations.
On her own time, Brittany loves to improvise in the kitchen, go jogging and shake it on the dance floor. On fall Saturdays, you can find her singing Hail to the Victors as she cheers on her beloved Michigan Wolverines. If they aren’t playing, chances are she’ll be watching whatever sports are on or embarking on a spontaneous adventure. You never know what you’ll get into hanging around Brittany, but you can bet it’ll be fun.
Email Brittany: Brittany.Watkins@bouncelogistics.com
Brooke Born, Night Auditor/Overnight Dispatch
If you’ve ever gotten a tracking update from Bounce and been shocked that it came at 3 a.m., chances are it came from Brooke. She works our 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. shift so Bounce Logistics can stay responsive 24/7 – an integral part of our service model. A skilled multi-tasker, she covers incoming dispatch calls and issues, quote and update requests, audits, billing paperwork and daily reports (all while you’re sleeping).
Brooke is quite the outdoorswoman. She’s raised a family of horseback riders and sports fanatics. They enjoy spending the day at the State parks or on the sidelines cheering on the family while they play summer ball. They also have a blast visiting county fairs, rodeos, or going out to Diamond Lake in Michigan. The fish don’t like it though – Brooke claims she can bait the hook, catch a fish, clean it, cook it and serve it for dinner faster than any other woman she knows.
Email Brooke: Brooke.Born@bouncelogistics.com
Joe Porter, Specialized/Heavy Haul Shipments
Customers often see Joe as an every day Bounce ‘Hero’. When all seems lost on the heavy and specialized loads customers aren’t used to handling, he’s able to pull it together with expertise, foresight and even a touch of pizzazz. From the get go, Joe brought six-plus years of inside sales and load planning experience. His contagious and loveable attitude follows him outdoors as well. He partakes in everything from white water rafting, fishing and camping, to golfing, climbing and skydiving. In fact, he would do anything to spend the day fishing from his Grandparents’ pier or out riding his motorcycle. He’s always running around (literally!), and after several mini marathons, his goal is to run a full one by the end of the year.
Email Joe: Joe.Porter@bouncelogistics.com
Ken Grover, Inside Sales
Ken loves to get things done, plain and simple. When he answers the phone, the first thought on his mind is, “How can I get this load off my customer’s desk so they don’t have to worry about it anymore.” Bonus points if the customer is facing a tough problem and Ken can find a way to go the distance. For example, one customer had an hour and a half to get an ocean container out of port or he’d be charged detention time. Ken used his mantra of “thought, desire, action” to make it happen, saving the customer tons of money.
He makes moves in his personal life too as an avid soccer, baseball and poker player. He once even got to wear Dutch Boyd’s World Series of Poker bracelet, though he’s still a ways off from competing in the event himself. While he can be quite the bluffer on the felt, he’s proud to work at Bounce where there’s a commitment to not giving customers the run-around, even if it requires a tough conversation with uncomfortable honesty. When you work with Ken, you know you’re going to get straight talk, action and results.
Email Ken: Ken.Grover@bouncelogistics.com
Karley LaDow
Despite being the youngest member on the Bounce team, Karley’s job is critical. She can be trusted upon to audit carrier packets, making sure our company maintains its smooth operations. And whenever possible, she has a hand in marketing as well. Being so close to her supportive parents, it feels almost second nature to be working at Bounce right along side her Dad. When she’s not working at Bounce, she’s a busy high school senior, looking forward to what the future holds. As an outgoing individual, she juggles class, friends and volleyball, making sure she always finds time for her horse. Having trained him since his birth, she loves traveling to show him off in competitions.
Email Karley: Karley.LaDow@bouncelogistics.com
Ian Zaretzky, Carrier Relationship Manager
Ian’s rare combination of being laid back while possessing an insatiable work ethic makes him an indispensable liaison to carrier partners. It’s not out of the ordinary to see him pulling late hours to make sure he goes above and beyond client expectations. Ian grew up in Australia and decided to make the move to America after marrying and having his first child, Izaak. While he misses some of the opportunities the outdoors offered Down Under, he’s been able to get his fill of hunting, fishing and motorcycles in the Midwest. In his spare time, Ian volunteers his consulting services for an Australian charity called Animals Healing Humans Association. With his strong background in logistics and fantastic attitude, he’s been a wonderful addition to the Bounce team.
Email Ian: Ian.Zaretzky@bouncelogistics.com
Haley Fisher, Operations Clerk
Haley is a very helpful addition to the Bounce team. She loves the fast-paced environment and can handle the workload that comes with it. When she’s done entering PODs, updating insurance schedules, or handling billing, she heads home to spend time with her two little girls and husband of seven years. She loves nothing more than being outdoors with her hilarious daughters, whether it’s going camping, fishing, or riding. While she thrives in the high-pressure logistics industry, Haley’s days off can be quite relaxed. Just going for a jog then hanging out with her girls and husband is the perfect recipe to unwind. We’re grateful to Haley for keeping the inner workings of Bounce Logistics moving smoothly.
Email Haley: Haley.Fisher@bouncelogistics.com
Rich Laskowski, Inside Sales
Rich is a cool cat that never lets a stressful situation overtake him, making him perfect for inside sales. He knows that staying poised over a shipment from start to finish keeps his clients coming back. A competitive guy, he puts his utmost effort into everything he does, whether it’s matching a load or playing full-court basketball with guys who can dunk (even though he can’t).
Rich is married to a southern girl with such a thick accent, even he can’t understand her at times. Luckily he has two daughters and son to interpret. As a former owner of a custom apparel business, Rich once gave President Tim Hindes such a stunning presentation that we knew he had to be apart of the Bounce Team.
Email Haley: Rich.Laskowski@bouncelogistics.com
Jessie Cole, Virtual Sales Representative
Jessie really didn’t stand a chance of staying away from the logistics industry. After years of listening to her dad (one of our gregarious sales reps) rant and rave about how much he loves it, she left her medical services coordinator job and jumped into the Bounce family. So far it’s been a great fit as she’s done a fantastic job connecting with her customer base.
Jessie comes from quite the adventurous family who welcomed a new member when she married Drew in May of 2010. They have a blast hanging out together, remodeling their house, cooking out with their friends, and even heading to the mountains for some skiing and snowboarding. They look forward to Sunday night dinners at Drew’s parents’ place and Jessie loves fishing with her dad and spending time with her mom and siblings. She has a big heart and loves spreading joy, whether through her photography hobby, where she especially loves taking pictures of newborn babies, children, and the occasional wedding, or by giving up her own time as she did on a trip to Africa through the Medical Missions Foundation.
We can already tell that our clients will be thrilled with her commitment to their joy as well.
