Q: What types of tracking or tracing do you offer?
A: Tracking a load is as easy as one click of a button. From the home page, enter the pro number and track your Expedited or Truckload shipment. You can also use the red buttons to log in, or navigate under "Services" in the toolbar. Or call us at 877-677-5623 and we’ll give you the most recent update to your shipment, with pickup and delivery times along with Proof of Delivery information. We can even set you up to get email updates of your load's status changes.
Q: Can I book an Expedited shipment and a Truckload at the same time?
A: Absolutely! Our customer service agents are trained to handle both modes of transport.
Q: Do you offer cross docking?
A: No, not at this time. We have several trusted partners that we could recommend to you.

Q: If my freight's pick-up or delivery time changes, are you able to adjust accordingly?
A: We certainly are able to be flexible with time changes. Our clients’ needs change all the time, we understand "changes happen."
Q: Can you move loads in and out of Canada and Mexico?
A: Yes, we move loads throughout the 48 states, Canada, and Mexico.
Q: What information do you need to set up a shipment?
A: The more info you give us, the better, but we can get started with just the shipper name and address, time ready, the destination city/state, when it is needed by and the weight of the order. With that info, we can get a truck headed to the pickup.
