A: Tracking a load is as easy as one click of a button. From the home page, enter the pro number and track your Expedited or Truckload shipment. You can also use the red buttons to log in, or navigate under "Services" in the toolbar. Or call us at 877-677-5623 and we would be glad to get you the most recent update to your shipment. We will have pickup and delivery times along with Proof of Delivery information available. If you would like to get email updates of your load's status changes, give us a call and we can arrange that as well.
Q: Can I book an Expedited shipment and a Truckload at the same time?
A: Absolutely! Our customer service agents are trained to handle both modes of transport.
Q: Do you offer cross docking?
A: No, not at this time. We have several trusted partners that we could recommend to you.

Q: What information do you need to set up a shipment?
A: The more info you give us, the better, but we can get started with just the shipper name and address, time ready, the destination city/state, when it is needed by and the weight of the order. From that we can get a truck headed to the pickup.
