Safety and reliability are of the utmost importance to Bounce Logistics, because we know they’re the most important to you. That’s why we reject 10-20% of carriers who want to carry our loads. Using a 5-step screening process, we make sure they’re 100% legal and in good standing with the DOT. Any flags or holds, and they’re out. If they don’t have active authority and insurance for every truck, they’re out. We then perform a daily audit on all our carriers to make sure you’ll get a legal, safe truck on any day.

Not too shabby, huh? Here’s the kicker – that’s using a two-hour window. Most carriers allow an entire day to take credit for on-time performance. When we tell you 3:00, it had better be darn near 3:00 for us to take credit.
